In our world today relationships have become very fragile. People seem to be in and out of relationships. Relationships are not what they used to be. It is perfectly fine to date one person and hop onto another without even completing a year. It is almost scary to indulge in an adult relationship. Marriages work pretty much the same way. Nowadays a five year old marriage is equivalent to a 15 year marriage of the old days. The divorce rates are sky high and it doesn’t seem to bother too many. Obviously if there are new relationships arising every few months, it means break-ups are happening. Even though relationships happen fast, break-ups are still painful. They are still heart breaking. Some people are affected more than others. People under going break-ups often tend to get depressed which further makes them go on an eating binge which later results in health problems. Of course sometimes they do not eat at all which again is not healthy. Some people tend to be emotional all the time after their break-ups and almost give up on love and relationships. They need a lot of reassuring before they can ever fall in love again. Most often break-ups leave you traumatized, with a low esteem and a lack of confidence.
